Sales folks were great, however no final inspection with customer and after 2 years, still waiting. After care is terrible and their customer service is worse. There are better home builders and believe me when I say you will regret buying from KB Homes.

Their tech fills drain line with water, puts a camera in the drain line and air bubbles appear indicating a water leak. He fills out his report and leaves out the part about the air bubbles. We have had three leaks in our roof and the last time it happened I contact Kb warranty and didn't hear from anyone until five days later after I called their Texas and California offices. Untrustworthy and a crap organization from top to bottom.
